APPALLING! DON'T GO! I had to rate this review with a star for it to be published. It's a MINUS. I arrived yesterday for my appointment to be told that it was cancelled due to stylist's illness. As I am due to go on holiday tomorrow I was looking forward to getting my hair done. All they could offer was a dry trim! Due to the fact that I am a regular customer and also the fact that if customers want to cancel an appointment this business requests that it's done 24 hors previously this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I had then to rush around to look elsewhere for a last minute haircut.
Very poor. Ignore everything you say of how you would like your hair and just do what they want.
Very good experience... Very busy Salon... Staff very friendly and efficient .. Owner made it her business to spend time with customers and get their feedback... Would recommend.
Fab salon. Rosie is the best stylist I've ever had been going to her for four years.
