Big store, good parking and its beside Erneside so you can easily pop over. Its Just like every other Asda in the world so you know what to expect. Staff are doing the best they can in a busy store but there are sometimes queues at tills. This is to be expected as its a busy store. It has a good butchers!!!
I use to buy all my groceries every week in asda enniskillen and found all the till staff really friendly and helpful. For years i have sold loads of their home wares on line. Well after dealing with their so called customer service department lady tonight and there manager NEVER again. My background is Customer care and I done a customer care course with G. Savage in Belfast, I have never meet such an ignorant woman,NEVER. I made the mistake of asking for the manager, who took her time and really did not seem to give a damn, it's an awful pity she does not realise it is you and I that keep her in a job. It's a good job both are working for asda and are not self employed as they would be both standing in the dole line. Both could learn a thing or two from the till operators, who are EXCELLENT at their jobs. AWFUL just AWFUL.
Love Asda ...they have so much stuff and I love the clothes too..Good value .

Pretty much Tesco's with okay breakfast and a filling station. The pizzas are good but gaming is poor and no albums.
