This dealership agreed a price and took my 2000 deposit, then informed me the mileage was 21% higher than advertised (5000 miles more), but would not offer any goodwill. Deposit refunded so I can buy at a dealership that understands what "attention to detail" and "good service" really look like.I accept this was a mistake rather than dishonesty, but overall experience was poor. Hopefully it was just a once-off.
