I visited this place on the 8th October 2015 to get some simple jobs done to my car. First I was lectured because of the headlights on my car, as one of their extremely friendly staff meant to tell me the lights weren't British standard (my car has British number plates). After that, the same member of staff went to his colleagues referring to me as an f@@@@@g foreigner bragging about his f@@@@@g headlights. Unfortunately, by that time the wheels have come off my car and I couldn't leave and had to stick it out.To top it all up it went from bad to worse. Paying the bill was like being in a bad, cheap movie. The one, who mended my car, seemed to be the only decent person on these doubtful premises and stated 40.00 as the charge to pay. However, the person working at the till seemed to have different ideas and started a nasty argument with his colleague, insisting in me paying 50.00. Don't forget, all this happened right in front of me.Anyway, the argument went on for a while until I heard the decent person saying that his colleague on the till should change it as he didn't want to have anything to do with it.Now, this simple individual on the till never looking up to me nor addressing me properly demanded 50.00 from me. Grinding my teeth I handed over my credit card, which was charged accordingly. After that, I was given a receipt over 50.00 and a bill over 40.00. When asking for an invoice, Mr. Simpleton refused to give me one saying, 'the bill and receipt are all I am getting'.By the way, this review was initially removed because it is said I am using offensive language. I just wonder where all this leaves decent and law-abiding citizens, who have to work hard for their money and who are taken by chance while being addressed with extremely offensive and insulting language. But I guess one has to be Irish to stay above the Law.
