Wonderful food, great service
Had a sit down meal here before Xmas and it's was a great meal. Great big portions and service from the young waitress was brilliant . Good value aswell
Poor service. Last time I was in staff gave my order to another member of public by mistake,, so I had to wait for them to recorder mine. Last night I ordered for a large party and didn't receive any prawn crackers, this may sound mad to complain but we usually go to another takeaway and it gives drinks as well for free.
Have visit the Ruby Palace on many occasions and have yet to get a bad meal. Reasonable prices, good atmosphere, lovely staff, all in all a great place to dine.
Friendly service really stood out as staff were helpful. The food was delicious and well presented. Great value.
