Don't order form these guys via amazon, even if you have Prime they will charge you the return postage!
Excellent after-sales service! Had to return this heater December 2017 as it had stopped working - it had a two year guarantee. I can not praise the seller enough! Their service was excellent! Communication excellent and a replacement heater sent immediately.
Such a great service. I ended up buying the wrong item to which the returns team answered my call very promptly to help me return the wrong item and shorted me out with what I needed! 5*
The sales, transaction and delivery were great. But I needed to do a return and I held on the phone with a repeating message "your call is very important to us, please wait for the next agent" for over 15 minutes on 2 separate phones and no one answered the phone! I obviously am not "important" to them!
