Inquiry made before hand,to have sat nav updated,told no problem,when arrived,told it would take a week,and not as you wait,wasted time.

Good in fixing smartphone screen but not really cheap options available...one staff member is to over confident and kinda "cocky/banal" and hadn't learned what friendly customer service is/is about, other than that the owner/manager would've deserved at least 4 stars
